ChillTHAT! Platter is a beautiful and practical antibacterial and food-safe aluminum cold plate. It uses the phase change material cold plate technology. After being pre-frozen for 4 hours, it can keep food cool for up to 60 minutes. Its design allows cold air to converge, keeping food cool while avoiding direct contact with the cold plate. It is suitable for cold dishes, cheese, sashimi, and other foods.
In this project, we helped optimize the usage, define the appearance and style, and successfully created a food preservation plate with a high-end texture together with the customer, adding more quality to dining experiences.
